American Association of Private Lenders partners with Think Realty to form The Influencers
The American Association of Private Lenders™, the only real estate based private lending association, has announced the roll out a new membership level to enhance growth opportunities for real estate investors.
As part of AAPL’s three-year strategic plan, a key initiative is reorganizing the membership model to increase member value. When developing the improved program, the association considered many factors, such as various member needs based on location in the country, groups that might consider joining the AAPL community, and products and services the association currently offers that aren’t being used by members. The new membership opportunity was developed based on feedback from members around the country, AAPL’s executive team, Think Realty’s executive team, and staff throughout the both organizations.
The feature of the new membership is to combine strengths that bridge gaps between real estate lenders and borrowers, which allows members to have the experience that fits their professional needs. The new membership provides various benefits, such as mastermind style meetings in exclusive, intimate settings, exposure opportunities, VIP Access, plus advertising discounts.
Real estate investors can apply at www.aaplonline.com/influencers. Depending on whether they are a lender, borrower or service provider the investor will have access to the benefits of either AAPL, Think Realty or both.
