About Chris Jameson

Chris went full time into real estate investing after joining the Real Estate Education and Mentor Group, Lifestyles Unlimited, in 2011. As an investor, he bought 30 houses his first 30 months in San Antonio. Chris also jumped headfirst into the private financing industry in November 2011 for an organization that had zero market presence in Central Texas. There, he originated over 400 loans for over $35M in loan volume in less than 4 years. He was then promoted to Regional Manager in August 2014 and moved to Dallas. Under his guidance, the firm realized a 36% increase in closed loans per quarter and average monthly loan production in the Midwest Region increased 194%. Chris co-founded an award-winning private lending company 2015. The company expanded steadily, generating 555 loans for $69M in loan volume. Chris is a subject matter expert and a perennial market leader for private money loans and single family real estate investing. He has also invested in a few multifamily apartments both as an owner/operator and passively. Chris has bought over 100 units, done over $10M in personal real estate acquisitions, and generated over $100M in hard money loans. He founded Freedom Private Money in February 2019. Chris is a proud family man, military veteran, globetrotter, and Crossfitter. In 2008, he joined the US Navy and graduated his class of over 720 as the #1 overall recruit. In 2009, Chris served a year in Iraq in support of Joint Special Operations. Chris then returned to college, bought his first two rental properties, and graduated Central Washington University in 2010 with a Bachelor’s Degree in Economics. He then spent a year in Afghanistan working on his tan in support of a Combined Joint Task Force. In 2011, he returned home, moved to San Antonio, and married his beautiful wife, AnneMarie. With their two handsome boys, they moved to Colorado Springs at the end of 2018.
