This AAPL webinar presented by New Direction IRA provides a strategic map of how self-directed IRAs interact with the private lending marketplace. The presentation outlines how self-directed IRAs can be effectively utilized by both private lenders and borrowers. Emerging technological conveniences are paving a path for IRAs to be more accessible to private lenders, and for private lenders to more easily engage with IRAs. The webinar will also focus on key rules and concepts that shape the way tax-advantaged accounts work (IRA, HSA, 401(k), etc.)

Attendees will understand which features both lenders and borrowers should be aware of when they seek out a self-directed IRA provider. This includes having a grasp of the latest technological conveniences that are available to account holders, as well the ways these advancements have made private lending with self-directed IRAs easy and accessible.
