In the spirit of the Spring season, we all have seen two types of growth – fruitful flowers and damaging weeds. We also understand that in any investment portfolio there are two similar types of outcomes – good investments (flowers) and bad investments (weeds).
Join RentFax on Friday, May 19th at Noon CST for a short 20 minute webcast as our RentFax™ leadership team provides you with the tools you need to tell the difference between good and bad SFR investments. Walk away with a report on the properties you submitted, three free credits for an additional report, and greater understanding of how to evaluate the income risks of your SFR properties.
During our webcast we’ll cover:
- The single most important tool for making smart investment decisions
- How to compare two properties and determine the better choice for your portfolio
- We’ll review select case studies including those submitted by registrants
We even encourage you to submit your SFR properties for analysis. Send us a property address you currently own that is your beautiful “flower” and another that is a pesky “weed” in your garden. We’ll provide you a free RentFax report and show you how to identify the “flowers” and avoid the “weeds” from creeping into your financial garden in the future.
