Olmstead Lending buys and holds seller-financed notes secured by vacant land. We're based in Arizona and purchase notes directly for our own portfolio.
Our work grew out of Olmstead's experience with more than 450 land closings and $12 million in land transactions since 2018. We manage the notes we buy with third-party servicing and work alongside Olmstead Properties when recovered land needs to be managed and sold.
