Partnering with VCheck Global emphasizes credibility of members

The American Association of Private Lenders (AAPL), the only national organization dedicated to excellence in private real estate lending, announced a new partnership with VCheck Global at AAPL’s 2018 Annual Conference State of the Association, which took place at Caesars Palace, Nov. 4.

“VCheck Global offers a unique value proposition for each of our members. Borrowers want to know who they are doing business with. One way to help ensure that they are doing business with ethical professionals is to enhance our role in their due diligence process,” commented Linda Hyde, AAPL’s managing director, “now verifying a lender who follows a Code of Ethics but who has heighten their credibility through a background check can play a role in building private lenders as viable alternatives to borrowing and investing.”

The enhanced membership option is slated to be available to members beginning January 2019. New and renewing members can opt for this service for an additional fee.
