Kohler, M.Pr.A., J.D., will deliver the keynote address at the 2014 Got Money? Need Money? Conference. The Conference will be held April 29-30 in Kansas City, Missouri and feature 24 presentations, panels and workshops addressing a broad spectrum of real estate finance topics.

Kohler is an attorney, certified public accountant, entrepreneur, and author of What Your CAP Isn’t Telling You: Life-Changing Tax Strategies (Entrepreneur Press) and Lawyers are Liars (Life’s Plan Publishing).
