Eligibility

Open only to active AAPL members who are at least twenty-one (21) years of age at the time of entry. Void where prohibited by law. Employees, contractors, officers, and directors of AAPL and LendlyX, and their immediate family members, are not eligible to win.

Entry Period

Entries will be accepted through September 17, 2026, at 11:59 PM CT.

How to Enter

To receive one (1) entry, participants must:

• Complete a LendlyX demonstration.
• Receive approval from the LendlyX team confirming completion of the demonstration.
• Follow LendlyX on LinkedIn.
• Follow AAPL on LinkedIn (if not already following).

Limit one (1) entry per person.

Prize

One (1) winner will receive:

• One (1) registration to the 2026 AAPL Annual Conference
• One (1) VIP Reception pass

Approximate Retail Value (“ARV”): Up to $898.

Prize is non-transferable and may not be redeemed for cash. Any transfer or substitution is subject to AAPL’s sole approval.

Exclusions

Prize includes conference registration and VIP reception access only.

The winner is solely responsible for all other expenses, including but not limited to:

• Airfare
• Hotel accommodations
• Ground transportation
• Meals
• Personal expenses
• Any other costs associated with attending the event

Winner Selection

One (1) winner will be selected at random from all eligible entries received during the Entry Period.

Winner will be notified using the contact information provided during entry. If the selected winner does not respond within seven (7) days, AAPL reserves the right to select an alternate winner.

Publicity Release

By accepting the prize, the winner agrees that AAPL and LendlyX may use the winner’s name, company name, likeness, and city/state for promotional purposes related to the giveaway without additional compensation, unless prohibited by law.

Release of Liability

By entering, participants agree to release and hold harmless AAPL, LendlyX, their affiliates, officers, directors, employees, agents, and representatives from any liability, injury, loss, claim, or damage arising from participation in the promotion or acceptance, use, or misuse of the prize.

Limitation of Liability

AAPL is not responsible for:

• Late, lost, incomplete, misdirected, or undeliverable entries
• Technical failures or interruptions
• Errors in the administration of the promotion
• Cancellation, postponement, or modification of the conference or related events

In the event the conference is canceled, postponed, or materially changed, AAPL reserves the right to substitute the prize with an item of equal or lesser value or cancel the giveaway.

General Conditions

AAPL reserves the right to disqualify any participant who violates these Official Rules or acts in a manner deemed harmful to the integrity of the promotion.

AAPL and LendlyX reserve the right to modify, suspend, or terminate the promotion at any time for any reason.

Participation in a LendlyX demonstration does not obligate any participant to purchase any product or service.
