All attendees and sponsors may connect with each other via our AAPL Annual Conference App (updated version for 2025 TBA). Otherwise, attendee names and contact information are not provided.

Our 2024 conference saw more than 800 attendees. We have hosted more than 600 attendees each year since 2018, except for 2020, where COVID-19 limited our in-person attendance to 250.
2025 will be on the Promenade Level of Caesars Palace Conference Center, 3570 Las Vegas Blvd, Las Vegas, NV 89109.
You are responsible for making your own hotel reservation. The room block WILL sell out by mid-September. You may also book with Caesars outside our room block through regular guest registration here: caesars.com/book/hotel-calendar.
Most conference activities are included in your attendee ticket. Conference activities requiring an RSVP:
- Certified Private Lender Associate (CPLA) and Certified Fund Manager (CFM) 201 Courses
AAPL Named Members only, $349 each - VIP Reception
AAPL Named Members and sponsors FREE
Non-Members $199
You are able to RSVP for Courses and VIP during ticketing and will see them reflected on your registration PDF and email confirmation. If not added during checkout, they may be added (subject to venue capacity limits and registration deadlines) by emailing contact@aaplonline.com.
- Exhibitors may set up 1-5 p.m. on Nov. 10. Sponsor badges will be at each sponsor’s booth.
- Certification Course attendees may check in outside the course rooms on the Pool level starting 8:30 a.m. Nov. 10. No walk-up registrations or class switches. Attendees must still check in for the conference and receive their badge during regular conference check-in on Nov. 11.
- Registered VIP attendees may check in starting8 p.m. Nov. 10 outside the venue (TBA). No walk-up registrations.
- Conference attendees may check in at the AAPL Conference registration desk on the Promenade Level of the Caesars Palace Conference Center beginning at 7:30 a.m. Nov. 11.
Early Bird registration rates are available until July 31, 2025 (no discount code required). AAPL Named Members and sponsors registering extra attendees receive the $699 early bird rate even after the promotional period ends.
After July 31, all others receive standard registration rates of $899 per ticket with no exceptions. Walkups at the conference for anyone who is not a Named Member or sponsor are $999.
Anyone wishing to attend any conference activities, including but not limited to the VIP Reception, exhibit hall access, conference sessions, or networking events must register (subject to current rates and availability). We offer no partial access or part-day passes.
Subject to availability and capacity limits, VIP Reception access may be purchased as a separate ticket during conference registration. All other activities require a conference badge.
We offer guest tickets for the exclusive VIP Networking Reception for $199 per ticket. Attendees must be over the age of 21. If you would like to purchase a guest ticket, please add your guest as an additional attendee to your conference registration. Anyone who wants access to the conference itself must pay for a full event ticket. We do not offer partial passes.

Registration for AAPL Certification Courses is open until 12PM CST on Friday, November 9. VIP Reception RSVP will remain open until we reach capacity limits, which usually happens the week prior to the conference. For VIP there are no walk-ups permitted.
Most attendees will dress in business-casual and -professional attire for the conference itself. The VIP Reception sees a range from business-casual to cocktail attire.
We offer replays of all conference sessions starting a few weeks after the event. You can register for our most recent conference replay here.
Hotel and airport shuttles operate 7 days a week and are located outside of baggage claim at McCarran International Airport. Shuttle prices are per person and one way. Additional taxes and fuel surcharges may apply to limousines, SUV and other rentals.

Photography, audio, and video may be taken at any time during the conference in the event space. Please refer to the media release and liability waiver at registration for more information.
If you would like to hold a reception or other activity during the conference, please keep in mind that these events may not conflict with any official conference activities. You are responsible for reserving your own space; please contact Caesars or other event space directly. We do not reserve extra meeting space.

We are unable to take walk-up registrations or transfer you to another course after 9AM PT Sunday, Nov. 10. Prior to that, you may register online for courses during registration checkout, or request a course transfer by emailing us at contact@aaplonline.com
Cancellation/refund requests are subject to a $50 per ticket cancellation fee and must be received by 12:00PM CST on August 31, 2025. Refund will be less the amount of any bundled AAPL membership due to the digital nature of our business. Conference attendee substitutions may be requested via email at contact@aaplonline.com and are subject to AAPL’s discretion.
