Located in Coconut Grove, the new office reflects HDRB&B’s continued growth in Florida and increasing demand from clients active in one of the country’s most dynamic real estate and business markets. The Miami office is led by Rob Goldenberg, Chair of the firm’s Private Lending Group, who has been spending significant time in Florida as client activity and opportunities in the region continue to grow.

Jessica Franklin, a South Florida attorney with deep roots in the local community, will be based full-time in the Miami office. She focuses her practice on private lending, commercial real estate transactions, and strategic advisory work for developers, builders, and investors throughout Florida.

Jessica represents private lenders in real estate-secured transactions, including acquisition, development, and construction financing. She also advises developers, builders, and investors on a broad range of business and commercial real estate matters, including sophisticated lending transactions, development agreements, construction matters, and day-to-day business advisory issues.

Prior to joining HDRB&B, Franklin served as Of Counsel at Dickinson Wright PLLC, where she advised developers, construction companies, and other stakeholders on real estate development and construction matters throughout Florida, including projects in the hospitality and senior living sectors.
