Alliance Exposition is our approved show vendor for shipping, booth furniture, etc. Sponsor contacts will receive a welcome email from Alliance when the 2025 portal is launched.

AAPL membership is included in all sponsorship packages. If you already have an active membership, AAPL staff will update you for another year. Non-members will need to assign a “primary member” via the form below. This member will receive account-related communication and information about how to register additional member seats if/as applicable to your package.

Your AAPL members do not need to be the same as your conference attendees unless your attendee(s) plan to take an AAPL member certification course at the conference.

Sponsors are responsible for making their own hotel reservations and travel arrangements. Our room block WILL sell out; in past years as early as August/September. Please book your hotel early. If you prefer to book outside our block you may do so here.

You do not need to add all your attendees at once and may return to this form to add new attendees as needed. Please only submit your new attendees; we will have the ones you submitted previously. If you need to replace one attendee with another, please submit the request to contact@aaplonline.com.

Bag inserts are also available as an add-on to sponsorship for an additional $2000; please contact us to add this to your sponsorship. The inserts are added to the bags given to attendees during conference check-in. Inserts may be a collateral item (brochure, flier, magazine, etc. smaller than 12″ by 12″) or small swag item.

500 inserts should be shipped separately from your booth and timed to arrive no later than Friday, November 7. This ensures we are able to get your item into the attendee bags the morning of Sunday, Nov. 10. Your booth items will not be delivered to the conference space until the afternoon, so if you ship the bag inserts with your booth we will be unable them to the bags.

The below shipping address is for bag inserts ONLY (your booth items should not be shipped c/o Linda Hyde).

Please time the shipment to arrive ON or AFTER Nov. 4 to guarantee delivery, and forward the tracking information to contact@aaplonline.com to ensure we can pull the items from the Caesars Package Center.

Other Important Sponsorship Information

We are moving to a new AAPL Annual Conference App to improve technology and increase accessibility for all our conference attendees. Please stay tuned for more information about the app rollout.

Your attendees will be able to contact other attendees via the app beginning late October. Otherwise, attendee names and contact information are not provided.

For fees and dates, please contact Alliance or Caesars Palace directly. Shipments addressed correctly will be brought to the exhibit hall for setup. Shipping FROM the Conference

If you are shipping through Caesars FedEx or another carrier you will either need to take it to the carrier or arrange for them to pick it up from your booth space in the exhibit hall.

For shipments scheduled via Alliance, you may use the Alliance shipping labels provided on site at the conference and leave your items at your booth.

You are welcome to create your own custom images promoting your conference sponsorship, but please note, any use of our trademarked logo is prohibited unless approved by AAPL staff in writing and prior to its public use.

We’ve also created a few “starter” graphics for sharing on social media. Use/customization of these ready-made images does not require AAPL approval prior to publication. Feel free to add your logo and post away!

Title, Platinum, Gold, and Silver sponsorship packages include ad placements in the 2026 quarterly issues of Private Lender magazine. Private Lender magazine ads are a not the same size as Annual Conference Program ads; magazine deadline reminders and specs will be sent separately from your conference sponsorship reminders.
