Kansas City, Missouri – February 26, 2024 – The American Association of Private Lenders (AAPL) announced the launch of a new industry job posting service, the AAPL Jobs Board.

The Association created this service, available at aaplonline.com/jobs, as part of its ongoing efforts to foster a collaborative professional community and promote advancement and innovation.

“After many years of requests to create a job listing feature to help our members connect with current industry professionals, it’s gratifying to make this technology a reality,” said Linda Hyde, AAPL’s President. “And it comes at no additional cost to our membership.”

Members of the association may list unlimited jobs free, although there is a nominal fee for non-members to post.

“Stable growth within our industry requires experienced professionals,” said Hyde. “Making it easier to find employment with reputable companies helps everyone and makes our industry an attractive prospect.”

Beyond listing employment opportunities, the AAPL Jobs Board includes options for employers to take applications through the platform or link to external services. Additionally, prospective applicants do not need to create an account to search the Board or apply for jobs.

Getting started is simple. Anyone can view available job listings at aaplonline.com/jobs and narrow their search with keyword, advanced filters, and sorting options. Then, prospective applicants may submit their resumes and other details to platform-enabled employment opportunities at aaplonline.com/jobs/apply/ or click through to wherever the employer chooses to take applications.

All Job posts include standard employment details, like job title, industry-specialized job categories,  optional pay ranges, workplace (office, hybrid, and remote), job description, employment benefits, and more.

AAPL additionally plans to add member job posts to its newsletter, which reaches over 5,000 industry professionals every two weeks.
