AAPL’s 15th Annual Conference is in a new space (the Julius ballrooms on the Pool Level of the Caesars Palace Conference Center)! We are currently optimizing for the best traffic flow and space usage. Please stay tuned for an email notification from AAPL staff when booth selection opens.

When selection opens, you will come back here to preview the exhibit hall layout and submit for your top 2 choices. As in previous years, we will have designated booth space for the different sponsorship levels (Title, Platinum, Gold, Silver, and All Others), with booth requests fulfilled in the order in which they are received.

Complete this form to start publicizing your speaker on our conference webpage, social media, the AAPL event app, etc. For panelists, we also use your form’s bio and interest areas to ideate session topics and then offer panel options that fit your expertise.

AAPL membership is included in all sponsorship packages. If you already have an active membership, AAPL staff will automatically update you for another year. For non-members, to activate membership you will need to assign an “admin member” via the form below. This person receives account-related communication and information about how to register additional member seats if/as applicable to your package.

Your conference attendees are not required to be the same people listed for AAPL membership unless they plan to take an AAPL member certification course at the conference.

All exhibiting sponsors receive a company profile in the Sponsors section of the AAPL Annual Conference App. The app is attendee’s primary conference guide pre-, during-, and post-conference, with users spending a combined 875+ active hours per event in the app, generating 75,000+ unique engagements.

Attendees will be able to start accessing the app in late October.

Sponsors are responsible for making their own hotel reservations and travel arrangements. Our conference room block is not yet open, please be on the lookout for an email notification from AAPL when the block opens. You may book outside the block by calling Caesars at (866) 227-5944 or booking online here.

Please note that we will never call you directly to book your hotel or travel. Any such calls you receive where the caller presents themselves as AAPL staff or a representative of AAPL are likely scams.

If you would like to purchase additional tickets beyond what’s included in your package, please register them at aaplonline.com/conference. To receive the sponsor rate of $699 per ticket, under AAPL Membership Status, select the “Current Member – Will Renew Separately.”

Bag inserts are also available as an add-on to sponsorship for an additional $2000; please contact us to add this to your sponsorship. The inserts are added to the bags handed out to attendees when checking into the conference. Inserts may be a collateral item (brochure, flier, magazine, etc. smaller than 12″ by 12″) or small swag item.

400 inserts should be shipped separately from your booth and timed to arrive no later than Friday, November 8. This ensures we are able to get your item into the attendee bags the morning of Sunday, Nov. 10. Your booth items will not be delivered to the conference space until the afternoon, so if you ship the bag inserts with your booth we will be unable to add your insert to the bags.

Starting late October, all registered conference attendees are able to connect and communicate with other attendees via our AAPL Annual Conference app (download here for iOS and Android). Any connections your attendees make through app can be exported to Excel. Otherwise, attendee names and contact information are not provided.

Your conference attendees will be able to start accessing the app in late October on iOS and Android. Their profile in the Attendees section of the app will show any activities requiring a specific RSVP, including AAPL certification courses, the VIP Reception, etc.

Title, Platinum, Gold, and Silver sponsorship packages include ad placements in the 2024 quarterly issues of Private Lender magazine. Private Lender magazine ads are a not the same size as Annual Conference Program ads; magazine deadline reminders and specs will be sent separately from your conference sponsorship reminders.

Sponsorship terms and conditions may also be found in your signed sponsorship agreement, but for your convenience we have also included them here. Please refer to your signed agreement for any discrepancies between this and your signed agreement.

Payment Policy. Full payment for space or sponsorship must be received within 30 days of contract signature or ten (10) business days before the start of the event, whichever is earlier unless otherwise stated. AAPL reserves the right to refuse the use of space or sponsor benefit if payment is not made in the time frame indicated above. See your Sponsorship Agreement details for more information.

General. Company hereby agrees to sponsor the 2024 AAPL ANNUAL CONFERENCE described in the SPONSORSHIP PROPOSAL, which is incorporated herein by this reference. The Sponsor agrees to provide to the American Association of Private Lenders (AAPL) the following in-kind services and/or pay the following fees:

Sponsorship Level- $

In consideration, therefore, AAPL shall provide Sponsor with the benefits described in the sponsorship package.  The AAPL may adjust such benefits, substitute benefits, or provide other benefits with the approval of the Sponsor.

Payment.  Full payment for space or sponsorship must be received within 30 days of contract signature or ten (10) days prior to the start of the event, whichever is earlier unless stated otherwise. AAPL reserves the right to refuse the use of space or sponsor benefit if payment is not made in the time frame indicated above.

Limitation of Sponsorship. Unless otherwise provided, the cash or services and the Sponsor benefits described in this agreement are related solely to 2023 AAPL Annual Conference to be held November 10-11, 2024.

License and Usage. Sponsor hereby grants AAPL a limited, non-exclusive license to use Sponsor’s trade names, trademarks, service marks and other proprietary information [the “Proprietary Information”] owned by the Sponsor. AAPL agrees that the Proprietary Information will be used only in connection with the 2024 Event to provide the benefits set forth in the Proposal and such other benefits as Sponsor and AAPL may agree. AAPL’s use of the Proprietary Information is subject to the approval of the Sponsor’s designated representative, which approval will not be unreasonably withheld.

Sponsor Understandings. Sponsor understands as follows: the dollar values set forth in the Proposal are estimates based upon general sponsorship information available to AAPL; the audience multiplier is based upon estimates of 2023 AAPL ANNUAL CONFERENCE attendance and actual attendance figures may vary materially. No portion of the sponsorship cash payment or in-kind services are subject to being refunded for any reason except as provided herein. Sponsorships are not exclusive unless otherwise set forth in the Proposal.

Termination.  AAPL may terminate this contract with a 30-day written notice. In the event of termination for any reason other than failure to provide contracted fees or services, AAPL may substitute an event with equivalent benefits with the approval of the Sponsor or shall refund any cash fee received from Sponsor by AAPL. In the event the Sponsor cancels, and does so on or before 60 days prior to the event, the Sponsor will be refunded 50% of the Sponsorship amount unless the Sponsor has already received benefit of that Sponsorship prior to the event, then no refunds will be permitted. No refunds will be issued for cancellations less than 60 days prior to the event. Cancellations must be made in writing.

Postponement. In the event that AAPL postpones an event for any reason, the Sponsor will receive a credit for 100% of the cost of sponsorship for the postponed event. The credit may be applied toward sponsorship of the rescheduled event or AAPL media purchase, as mutually agreed upon between AAPL and Sponsor. There are no refunds given.

Event Restructure. Should the event be restructured into a fully virtual event, both Parties shall enter into good faith discussions with a view to alleviating its affects or to agreeing upon such alternative arrangements as may be fair and reasonable having regard to the circumstances prevailing at that time.

Amendments. This agreement may be amended only by a written instrument executed by both parties.

Food & Beverage. If Sponsor is planning on distributing food and/or beverage from their space, they must receive prior approval and any additional fees that are levied by the Hotel will be their sole responsibility. Please contact the team prior to the event to determine the cost associated for the consumable give away.

Costs of CollectionIf an Event of Default occurs, the Borrower shall pay the AAPL hereof costs of collection, including reasonable attorneys’ fees and expenses.

Miscellaneous. This agreement is governed by Missouri law and is binding upon all the parties’ successors and assigns.
