We’re excited to learn more about the changes in the industry and how they will affect everyone. Carr Talent Acquisition has thousands of company connections in key companies like real estate investment firms, lending, construction, with brokers, etc, where we can lend good perspective to the concerns and challenges of the lending world around us.

What makes us different than many others is that we are the leading hiring agency. As such, we hear from both sides – those looking for employment and those looking to employ, and have a a unique perspective on how the dynamics of the environment are affecting the industry.

What’s an interesting or little-known fact about Carr Talent Acquisition or its leadership?

We are very good at finding compelling A-Players. We are a group of composed, sophisticated, and polished recruiters, who represent the companies we are working with in a very polished manner and reach out to 100’s of qualified candidates for just one position to make sure there are enough gems to select the perfect hire.
