What have you found to be most beneficial from AAPL membership?

The access to industry leading thinkers has been instrumental for how we approach lenders. Trends in private lending change year to year. Through AAPL we stay on top of industry trends.

What, if anything, would Construction Inspection Specialists like to contribute to fellow AAPL members and the private lending industry?

We would like to impress upon lenders the importance of mitigating risk throughout construction loans. Whether it be a ground up or remodel project, there are always risks. From pre-closing to issuing the CO, there are tools that will help protect your investment.

What’s an interesting or little-known fact about Construction Inspection Specialists or its leadership?

We have a sister company, Owner Builder Advisors (OBA), where we assist owners throughout the build process. We started this company after the 2017 Tubbs fire in Northern California. We have helped dozens build their dream homes. OBA has also been very active in the Residential Assisted Living market for the past 5 years.
