How long have you been an AAPL member?

On and off for the last 5 years

What AAPL benefit do you MOST value?

Webinars and Education series to the lending community.

Why did you become a member?

To serve the Private Lending industry and to learn from other industry professionals

What is your favorite AAPL memory?

I have to pick just one?  Have fantastic memories of conferences from last few years from awards to parties and awesome networking with industry peers as well as existing and new partners.

Why did you decide to enter the private lending profession?

I have been in mortgage for more than 30 years now.  I think it chose me more than I chose it.  I have had phenomenal mentors in this business through the years that have fueled my passion for the industry and build a career that has blessed me in ways I can’t even begin to articulate.

What are some accomplishments you are particularly proud of?

Completing the MBA Leaders Program and being asked to participate in webinars, articles, and panels as an industry expert are just a couple of the things I am proud of from a professional perspective.  Raising two (2) exceptionally wonderful daughters to be their own self-advocates, have caring hearts for friend or foe and knowing they always have a place to come home to is my biggest personal accomplishment.

What is your favorite book, and why?

Where the Wild Things Are….  It was a favorite of my girls when they were growing up and we read it almost nightly.
