About Rodney Mollen

Rodney Mollen is the Founder and CEO of RicherValues, a leading software and valuation services provider which delivers the highest quality, most comprehensive intelligence for lenders and investors on any residential asset nationwide. Mr. Mollen has 20+ years of experience, including acquiring, managing, renovating and selling over $1.2B in REO and NPLs nationwide from 2008-2013 as COO of an Arizona-based investment firm. Mr. Mollen earned Masters and Bachelors degrees in Economics from UCLA, graduating Summa Cum Laude. From 2001-2006, Mr. Mollen consulted for small cap to Fortune 50 companies, as a consultant with Sibson Consulting in Los Angeles, and from 2005-2009 Mr. Mollen acquired and managed his own private real estate deals for infill residential redevelopment both in CA and in AZ. Mr. Mollen began building the technology prototypes for RicherValues in 2017, with beta in 2018, and commercial launch in Jan 2019. Since then, the company and the team has continued to grow as a favorite among many private lenders, investors and institutions in the residential real estate industry.
